What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional beverage service at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private celebrations.
- Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for every guest.
- Set up and break down mobile bars, tap systems, and event equipment.
- Pour beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic offerings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant service area throughout each event.
- Work closely with event coordinators and fellow team members to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
- Represent the Tap Truck brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience is required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Southern California for events.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with loading, unloading, and event setup.
- Team players who genuinely enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
California Requirements
To comply with California regulations, applicants must:
- Be 21 years of age or older to work as a bartender.
- Possess (or obtain within the required timeframe) a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
- Follow all California ABC regulations regarding responsible alcohol service, including checking identification, refusing service to intoxicated or underage guests, and maintaining compliance throughout each event.
